As we look back on 2023, we are filled with gratitude and excitement for the incredible progress and achievements we’ve witnessed at Arrow Leadership. It’s been a year of significant growth, milestones, challenges and the unwavering dedication of our participants, staff, and supporters.

Only got a minute? Here’s some highlights from 2023.
- The Emerging leaders program, which saw the celebration of new Arrow Leaders from the Arrow 26 and Arrow 27 cohortss
- The Executive Leaders Program saw 28 participants from the education and non-profit sectors, enhancing their leadership journeys and stepping out with courage into their calling.
- Coach Mastery celebrated the 10th year of collaboration with the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne and achieved certification from the International Coach Federation. A huge milestone for the program!
- Arrow Rise saw the transformative growth of 24 dynamic young leaders in the Arrow Rise 2 cohort.
- Arrow continues to offer Organisation Training and had the privilege of serving organisations including YouthCARE, Transform Southern Sydney, and Christian Youth Camps (CYC) with essential skills and knowledge.
- As we look ahead, applications were opened for the Coach Mastery program and the Emerging Leaders Arrow 29 cohort, inviting new leaders to become Arrow Leaders.

Kylie Butler
Acting Executive Director
Kylie joined the staff team in 2021. Kylie has served as CEO, consultant, pastor, leader and coach with many organisations. She served as the Managing Director of Christian Coaching Institute (CCI) prior to CCI combining with Arrow in 2022. Kylie is married to Adam and they have two children, Toby and Lily, and live on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
