Staff Team

Kylie Butler
CEO
Kylie joined the staff team in 2020. Kylie has served as CEO, consultant, pastor, leader and coach with many organisations. She served as the Managing Director of Christian Coaching Institute (CCI) prior to CCI combining with Arrow in 2022. Kylie is a dynamic, results-orientated leader passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships with stakeholders, enhancing organisational reputation and aligning teams strategically. She is married to Adam, and they have two adult children, Toby and Lily.

Dr Allyson Cawthorn
Executive Leaders Program Director
Allyson brings deep experience in leadership formation and executive development, holds a doctorate in spiritual transformation, and has led nationally across diverse Christian contexts. She brings wisdom, maturity, and a strong alignment with Arrow’s heart for forming leaders for long-term Kingdom impact.

Kate Jobson
Program Manager
Kate joined the Arrow team in 2023. She has served in a variety of ministry contexts including Kids Pastor at Discovery Church Melbourne from 2018-2022. She is passionate about building God’s Church and seeing the many facets of the local church flourish. While people are her passion, you’ll usually find her dreaming about her next ice cream adventure.

Sharon Tomkins
Leadership Development Manager
Sharon has served as a campus pastor, leader and coach in the UK and NZ. She currently holds a leadership position at her church. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation as a professional Certified Coach and by HCANZA as a Health Coach. She has an NZQA VI Diploma in Professional Coaching, a Diploma in Supervision from the International Centre for Coaching and Supervision (ICCS) in London, a Cert V in Health Coaching and has logged over 1000+ coaching hours. She brings a strong commitment to quality, formation, and the development of leaders who can lead with wisdom and integrity.

Chris Williams
Coaching & Supervision Manager, Leadership Coach, ACC ICF Mentor Coach, Professional Pastoral Supervisor
Christine oversees Arrow’s coaching and supervision team. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at her local church, where she was previously Director of Operations and Pastor for more than 15 years. She holds a Diploma in Christian Leadership Coaching, a Diploma in Theology, and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Pastoral). She is also a Member of AAOS and Cert IV in Training and Assessment, and is an Accredited Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Christine loves spending time in God’s creation and enjoys working with people who want to develop and grow in their leadership.

Glenda Holbrook
Leadership Coach, Professional Pastoral Supervisor, Mentor, Group Supervision
Glenda is passionate about helping Christian leaders grow in their relationship with God and all he has for them. Glenda has completed a Cert IV in Christian Leadership Coaching, an Advanced Diploma in Christian Counselling and Family Therapy, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration, and a Bachelor of Ministry Studies. Glenda is married with two adult children and six grandchildren.

Laura Young
Leadership Coach
Laura joined the Arrow team in 2018. She has served in pastoral and coaching roles and finds joy in developing leaders, empowering people, and seeking to find where God is at work within and through each person. She is energised by seeing the Church and leaders at their best. She loves family time, dancing at Elance Ballet School, the enneagram, reading, and crazy rollercoasters with her husband.

Rob Feeney
Leadership Coach, Professional Pastoral Supervisor, Supervisor Trainer
Rob has over 30 years of pastoral leadership and ministry experience, and 15+ years as a Professional Coach. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a certified Beliefs Trainer, a Heartstyles Accredited Associate, and a Professional Pastoral Supervisor. Rob has a heart to awaken and impact people’s identity, purpose and legacy. He’s married to Marguerite, has two adult daughters, and enjoys sport, coffee, and trail running.

Candice Hung
Leadership Coach, Trainer, ACC ICF Mentor Coach, Executive Coach, Organisational Relationship Systems Team Coach
Candice is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has 20+ years ministry experience and over 15 years of leadership and coaching experience in professional business environments. Candice is a Certified iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, Mental Fitness Coach and an Organisational Relationship Systems Practitioner. She is passionate about working in the intersection of faith, work, relationships, and systems to create healthy and high-performing leaders who will serve a greater cause. Candice lives in Melbourne, Australia and is married to Andy with two children (Misia and Micah).

Sarah Bruchmuller
Leadership Coach
Sarah holds a Cert IV in Youth Work and in Christian Ministry & Theology, a Bachelor of Outdoor Education with a sub-major in Psychology, and a Graduate Diploma from Tabor Bible College. She has over 15 years’ frontline experience supporting people in highly vulnerable situations across the youth, family, and disability sectors. Now a mum of two young boys, Sarah has turned her experience toward developing others through coaching after completing the Arrow Coach Mastery program.

Janet Woodlock
Leadership Coach, Mentor Coach
Janet is a teacher and chaplain with Kilvington Grammar School. She has been a coach and coach trainer for over ten years, and has had ministry roles with the National Council of Churches in Australia, Churches of Christ in Australia, and Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania. She lives in Melbourne with her husband Roger, sons Daniel and Matthew, and Poppy the Wonder Dog.

Leeanne Smith
Trainer
Leeanne is passionate about enabling Christian leaders to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. With qualifications in Christian leadership coaching, theology, and pastoral supervision, she offers a unique blend of expertise and insight. Leeanne is an internationally accredited professional coach with both the ICF and EMCC, and is a member of the AAOS.
