Our Team

Kylie joined the staff team in 2021. Kylie has served as CEO, consultant, pastor, leader and coach with many organisations. She served as the Managing Director of Christian Coaching Institute (CCI) prior to CCI combining with Arrow in 2022. Kylie is married to Adam and they have two children, Toby and Lily, and live on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

Cath joined Arrow Leadership in 2017 as the Emerging Leaders Program Director. She began pastoral ministry at Gateway Baptist Church as the Children’s Pastor in 2009 and as Generations Pastor. Cath is passionate about seeing leaders developed and be given the opportunities to achieve the potential that God has placed within them. Cath is married to Michael, who is a doctor and together they are parents to Henry and Oliver.

Rachael joined Arrow Leadership in 2021. She has previously held finance roles in both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Rachael loves to read great fiction of almost any genre. Rachael is married to Nathan, who is an Arrow Leader, and together they are parents to Mercy, Eli, and Ari.

Leanne has been involved in pastoral and admin roles over many years and is passionate about walking alongside people as they discover who they are and who they are to become. For fun Leanne loves hanging out with friends and her favourite meal of the day is brunch. She is married to Andrew, has amazing adult children and is loving her latest role of Grandma.

Peta joined the Arrow team in 2022. Peta has worked and served in para-church and local ministry since 2015. She is passionate about people and seeing leaders flourish in their own faith as well as their leadership. You will often find Peta advising organisations on their impact or enjoying a surf.

Kate joined the Arrow team in 2023. She has served in a variety of ministry contexts including Kids Pastor at Discovery Church Melbourne from 2018-2022. She is passionate about building God’s Church and seeing the many facets of the local church flourish. While people are her passion, you’ll usually find her dreaming about her next ice cream adventure.

Christine is one our Professional Pastoral Supervisors
and is an accredited International Coach. She currently serves as the Chair of Board for her local church and was the Director of Operations and Pastor for over 15 years. She loves getting away in God’s creation and is passionate about working with people who want to develop and grow in their leadership.

Brian joined the coaching team in 2017 and is a highly experienced leadership development and coaching expert, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. With a background in pastoral work spanning nearly two decades, Brian brings a unique perspective and skill set to his coaching practice. He is a devoted husband to Bethany and a proud father of two daughters.

Laura joined the Arrow Coaching team in 2018 and loves seeing the power of good questions in every day conversations. Laura is energised by seeing the Church and leaders at their best, and has served in pastoral and coaching roles over the years. She loves family time, dancing at Elance Ballet School, the enneagram, reading and crazy rollercoasters with her husband.

Janet is a teacher and chaplain with Kilvington Grammar School. She has been a coach and coach trainer for over 10 years, and has had ministry roles with the National Council of Churches in Australia, Churches of Christ in Australia, and Churches of Christ in Victoria and Tasmania. She lives in Melbourne with her husband Roger, sons Daniel and Matthew, and Poppy the Wonder Dog.

Glenda is continuing her passion of helping Christian leaders grow in their relationship with God and all He has for them. Glenda has completed a Cert IV in Christian Leadership Coaching, an Advanced Diploma in Christian Counselling and Family Therapy, a Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Bachelor of Ministry studies. Glenda is married with 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren.

Sarah has a Cert IV in Youth Work & Christian Ministry & Theology. A Bachelor in Outdoor Education sub majoring in Psychology. A Graduate Diploma at Tabor Bible college. Sarah has worked 15+ years on the front line with people facing highly vulnerable situations in the Youth, Family & Disability fields. As a mum of two young boys, she turned her experience into developing others through coaching completing the Arrow Coaching Mastery.

Candice is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She has 20+ years ministry experience and over 15 years of leadership and coaching experience in professional business environments. Candice is a Certified iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, Mental Fitness Coach and an Organisational Relationship Systems Practitioner.
Candice is married to Andy and has 2 children (Misia and Micah), and lives in Melbourne, Australia.

Sharon has served as campus pastor, leader and coach in the UK and NZ. She currently holds a leadership position at her church.  She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, as an Associate Certified Coach and by HCANZA as a Health Coach. She has an NZQA VI Diploma in Professional Coaching, Cert V in Health Coaching and has logged over 1000+ coaching hours. S She is married to Brett; they have three grown-up children and two daughters-in-law (Josiah & Katie, Samuel & Bethan, and Annia).

Mike also serves as the Lead Pastor at Clovercrest Baptist Church.

Des also serves as the director at Future Leader Group.

Anna has over 20 years of fundraising and marketing experience in both corporate and not-for-profit organisations. 

Peter also serves as the senior minister of Merri Creek Anglican Church in Melbourne.
