Coaching Circles are an energising way to grow and develop yourself as a coach. You will benefit from synergy and collaborative learning which happens in a group environment in a cost-effective learning method.

The group will meet three times (3 x 90min sessions)

The Program Includes:

 

  • Focus on relevant coaching topics and insights for new learning
  • Identification of your strengths, and blind spots (areas for improvement) as a coach
  • Specific action steps to hone and refine your coaching expertise
  • Practical peer coaching
  • Each participant engages in 3 group sessions, which will meet over a 4-month period, and includes 4.5 hours (3 x 90min sessions) of group learning and coaching
  • Group sessions include: peer coaching; feedback; reflections; learning; and a discussion exploring the coaching topics

Cost: $70 (incl. GST) per session
$180 (incl. GST) for all 3 sessions

Session 1 – Three triggers that can block coachees from hearing other people’s perceptions

The first of three sessions for coaches focuses on three triggers that can block our coachees from hearing and therefore accepting evaluation, critique, opinions from others. Each trigger is for a different reason. Join us exploring how understanding these triggers can enable you to assist your coachee to see a potential blind spot. Each session will have practical peer coaching

Session 3 – Understanding and coaching people in burnout

The last of our three sessions for coaches focuses on understanding what is burnout and the signs to look for.  We will unpack together how understanding burnout and its signs can enable you to assist your coachee to recognise burnout.  A potential blind spot. Each session will have practical peer coaching.

Session 2 – Staying curious when your coachee is STUCK!

The second of the three sessions for coaches is looking at and exploring some theoretical and practical ways we can stay curious with our coachees when they are stuck, you know really STUCK! This is when it can be super easy to begin problem solving or advice sharing as coaches. How can we remain curious and spot the signs of the problem solving trap!? Join us to unpack it and explore together! Each session will have practical peer coaching.
