Executive Leaders Program

Shaping and equipping Australia’s most promising leaders led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus and lead more to Jesus.

Our Executive Leaders Program is specifically designed to develop resilient, Jesus-centred leaders for complex and changing times.

Arrow’s Executive Leaders Program is for leaders who stand out not only for their potential but as those who lead with conviction, innovation, faith and integrity.

This invitation-only program offers a unique combination of transformative leadership training and Christ-centred formation, shaping and equipping participants to navigate complex challenges with resilience and integrity.

The Executive Leaders Program is not just about preparing leaders for today, it’s about shaping the visionary, transformative leaders of tomorrow.

Education Executives

Church Executives

The Executive Leaders Program is designed to shape executives who lead with vision, integrity, and lasting impact. More than professional development, it’s a journey that empowers leaders to face complex challenges with confidence, influence culture with integrity, and drive transformative change in their organisations and communities. At its heart, the program calls leaders to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus, and to lead more to Jesus.

The Why

Executive Christian leaders face complex challenges in today’s world, from balancing organisational demands, to making decisions that carry significant human and spiritual impact. Too often, leaders feel stretched thin, uncertain, or isolated as they step into significant responsibility.

The Executive Leaders Program exists to transform the leadership journey of these women and men by grounding them deeply in Jesus and equipping them for sustainable, long-term impact.

Arrow Leadership does not accept unsolicited applications for the Executive Leaders Program. If you are interested to know more about our programs, you can express interest by contacting our team at info@arrowleadership.org.au

The Experience

Learn in Community

Arrow isn’t just about content, it’s about people.

You’ll journey with a cohort of peers who share your heart to grow as Christ-centred leaders. Together you’ll learn, reflect, and encourage one another, building friendships that will last well beyond the program.

Three In-Person Residential Retreats

Gather with your cohort for three immersive, multi-day residentials in inspiring locations around Australia.

Residentials are a cornerstone of the program, creating space for deep learning, personal reflection, spiritual formation, and life-giving community.

Each residential combines high-calibre teaching, peer learning, worship, and time to rest and reset.

Interactive Online Sessions

Stay connected between residentials through facilitated online sessions.

These sessions reinforce and build on learning from the residentials, explore key leadership themes, and keep your cohort connected.

They’re designed to be practical, engaging, and achievable in the rhythm of busy leadership life.

Reading Rooms with Global Thought Leaders

Engage with a curated reading program featuring books and articles from the best thinkers in leadership and faith.

Discussions are interactive and often include input from the authors themselves or leading practitioners.

Expect to have your thinking sharpened and your leadership stretched by global perspectives.

Arrow-Trained Leadership Partner

Be paired with an experienced, Arrow-trained Leadership Partner who will walk with you throughout the program.

They’ll provide encouragement, accountability, and a safe space for reflection.

This 1:1 relationship helps you apply learning directly to your own context and calling.

Peer Learning Groups

Meet regularly in a small group with peers from similar leadership contexts.

These groups foster honest conversations, shared wisdom, and mutual encouragement.

Peer learning is a vital part of Arrow’s DNA, leaders learning from and supporting one another.

Tailored Leadership Development

The program isn’t one-size-fits-all. You’ll explore your unique leadership strengths, challenges, and growth areas.

Coaching, tools, and feedback help shape your journey to suit your context and calling.

You’ll leave better equipped, more resilient, and with clarity about your next steps as a leader.

Spiritual Formation

Throughout the program, you’ll be invited to grow in your spiritual disciplines and deepen your relationship with Jesus.

Evening speakers, guided worship, and times of prayer bring inspiration and fresh perspective.

At the core of it all: being led by Jesus, learning to lead more like Jesus, and leading more to Jesus.

Express Interest

Arrow is so much more than a leadership course – it’s a personal journey of learning and transformation, done alongside others who become your champions and encouragers.

The impacts are so far-reaching as the lessons and the change leave a mark that has a ripple effect to families, organisations, churches, workplaces.

I could not more highly recommend Arrow to any Christian that has a leadership role or position of influence in any context.

Karen Visser (Exec 15)

CEO, Compelled by Love

Arrow brings together the various facets of an individual’s composition, and integrates these (in a thoughtful and symbolic way) with others and the organisation.

It goes further than any other professional development or leadership program I’ve been involved in.

It aims at the individual and the organisation they’re a part of towards God.
