We believe in empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential and understand that financial barriers can sometimes stand in the way. Our scholarships are designed to bridge this gap, offering applicants the chance to complete one of our esteemed programs. Scholarship applications are available via our program application portal.

Emerging Leaders Program

Criteria

• Currently serving in a leadership capacity within a Christian organisation, church, or faith-based initiative
• Demonstrates clear financial barriers preventing participation in the program without scholarship support.
• A strong desire to develop leadership skills and increase their capacity to lead with integrity and purpose.
• Proven to be innovative in their approach to challenges and committed to advancing the mission of their organisation or community through transformational leadership.
• A clear understanding of how participation in the Emerging Leaders Program will enhance their leadership journey and benefit their organisation and community.

• Under 35 years of Age
• Female
• Leading an organisation with a purpose of meeting the needs of the disadvantaged outside of Australia
• Clear passion for social change
• Proven to be Innovative
• Desire to lead better to see the cause progressed

• Leader in the Pentecostal Church

Executive Leaders Program

Criteria

Heart for Leadership
We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine passion for leadership, not just those seeking to add the Arrow program to their CV. Applicants should have a deep desire to grow as a leader for the benefit of their organisation and the communities they serve.

Purpose for Joining Arrow
Applicants should clearly articulate why they want to participate in the Arrow Executive Leaders Program and how they believe it will help them develop personally and professionally.  

Long-Term Commitment to Leadership
This scholarship is aimed at those who see leadership as a long-term calling, not a temporary stepping stone. We are seeking applicants who demonstrate a heart for their organisation’s mission and long-term success.

Areas for Leadership Growth
We are interested in individuals who can identify specific areas where they want to grow in their leadership capabilities and are willing to invest the time and effort required for meaningful development.

Vision for the Future
Applicants should outline their 5-10 year vision for themselves and their organisation. This should include some goals for making an enduring impact through their leadership.

Demonstrated Leadership Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role, with a heart for service and impact in Christian or non-profit sectors. This scholarship is ideal for those who are established leaders but looking to take their development to the next level.

Passion for Faith-Centred Leadership
Applicants should have a deep desire to lead with integrity and in alignment with Christian values. We’re looking for leaders who are committed to integrating faith into their leadership practices.

Commitment to Learning and Growth
This scholarship is intended for leaders who are committed to investing in their long-term personal and professional growth. Applicants should be ready to actively engage in all aspects of the program and dedicate time for reflection, mentoring, and community engagement.

Leadership in Education
Applicants should currently lead a team in an educational setting, demonstrating a strong capacity for leadership and a commitment to Jesus-centered education. 

Executive-Level Advancement
We are looking for individuals who are currently in or aspiring to reach executive-level leadership roles within their educational institutions. Applicants should be eager to continue advancing their leadership capabilities and making a broader impact. 

Passion for Jesus-Centered Education
This scholarship is for leaders who are deeply passionate about integrating faith with education. Applicants should have a clear vision for how they will continue to promote and live out Jesus-centered values within their schools and communities.
