Our newly launched Emerging Leaders Program is specifically designed to identify and develop the most promising Christian leaders for 2035 and beyond.  

Arrow’s Emerging Leaders Program is for leaders aged 25 – 40, who stand out not only for their potential but for those who lead with conviction, innovation, faith and integrity.

This invitation-only program offers a unique combination of transformative leadership training and Christ-centered formation, equipping participants to navigate complex challenges with resilience and integrity.  

The Emerging Leaders Program is not just about preparing leaders for today—it’s about shaping the visionary, transformative leaders of tomorrow.

The Purpose of the Emerging Leaders Program is to transform the leadership of emerging Christian leaders, equipping them with the skills, resilience, capability and Christ-centered foundation needed to navigate complex challenges and lead transformative change in their communities and beyond.

Investment

At Arrow Leadership, we’re all about empowering exceptional leaders! The total cost the program is approximately $12,000 per participant—which covers accommodation, leadership profiling and assessments, meals, and our transformative content. 

Scholarships are available. Prospective participants are encouraged to apply for these scholarships to reduce their financial commitment. We are grateful for the support of our generous donors who make it possible to offer scholarships.   

We see this as a powerful investment in your growth and leadership journey. However, we also know that everyone’s financial situation is different. If the cost is a barrier, please let us know. We’re committed to finding a way to make this opportunity accessible.
