The TMS is based on the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile – one of the world’s must utilised psychometric profiling tools for personal, team and leadership development. The TMS helps teams understand kind of roles and challenges that will bring out the best contribution of each member, enabling leaders to tailor their communication and delegation to the preferred style and skillset of each team member.
An Arrow TMS consultation includes a half-day workshop, a validated TMS profile for each participant, and a 1:1 coaching session with the team leader.
As a special offer to CMA conference delegates, you can book an Arrow TMS consultation for a team of five for just $995, delivered via video conference. In-person delivery and extra participants is extra, but we’ll only charge you what it costs us.

Over twelve months, participants dive deep into areas such as character, self-care and spiritual disciplines. They also learn to hire and supervise staff, lead teams manage conflict and a raft of other essential leadership competencies.
