Over 12 months, this program blends residential retreats, online learning, peer groups, and mentorship to help leaders deepen their character, refine their leadership capabilities, and stay grounded in their calling. Participants will explore areas like self-care, conflict management, personal and organisational vision, strategy, strategic staffing, spiritual disciplines, and more.
This program is for the next generation of executive leaders. Its focus is engaging, stretching and releasing leaders to make an impact in their communities and be up to the challenges of modern organisational and professional life.
You’ll engage and learn with NFP, education and business leaders to encourage greater participant engagement across sectors.
This invitation-only program offers a unique combination of transformative leadership training and Christ-centered formation, equipping participants to navigate complex challenges with resilience and integrity.

The purpose of the Executive Leader Program is to equip executives to lead with vision, integrity, and impact, fostering transformative change in their organisations and the communities they serve. We empower leaders to navigate complex challenges and drive meaningful outcomes to see leaders led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus and lead more to Jesus.

Investment
The full cost of the Executive Leaders program is $17,000 per participant. However thanks to generous donors, we are able to offer the Executive Leaders Program at a reduced rate of just $15,000, which covers all accommodation, meals, and our transformative content.
Further Scholarships are available. Prospective participants are encouraged to apply for these scholarships to reduce their financial commitment. We are grateful for the support of our generous partners who make it possible to offer scholarships.
