- This exercise is to help deepen your self-understanding. We will also use the timeline during our ‘Transitions’ session on Residential 3.
- This is a confidential exercise. No one will see your completed timeline. The program director keeps it on file and prints it out in preparation for you to use at Res 3. It is not shared or used for any other purpose.
