⭐️ Stories worth sharing. A legacy worth building.

In 2025, Arrow Leadership is celebrating 30 years of ministry and the incredible milestone of our 1,000th participant.

To mark the occasion, we’re hitting the road. From 8–18 September, the Arrow Roadshow will visit six cities for story-filled evenings of celebration, sharing the vision for Arrow’s next season, and invitation for all that God is doing.

Whether you’re an alum, a long-time supporter, or someone who cares deeply about investing in future leaders, we’d love to see you there.

Each evening (7:30-9:30pm) will include:

  • Light refreshments and informal conversation
  • Upfront storytelling from alumni and leaders
  • A heartfelt invitation to partner in the future of Arrow Leadership

🔥 The future of leadership starts now

Over the past three decades, Arrow has equipped over 1,000 Christian leaders to be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus.

These leaders have gone on to serve in the Church, schools, not-for-profits, businesses, and broader society. Their stories are worth sharing.

But we’re not done yet.

In 2025, we’re inviting you to invest in the next generation of leaders, those whose stories are still being written.

Philippians 1:3-6

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
