Arrow Leadership Australia is hiring! We’re excited to announce a new part-time role as we continue equipping leaders to be led more by Jesus, lead more like Jesus, and lead more to Jesus.

Arrow Leadership is one of Australia’s premier Christian providers of national, interdenominational leadership development. For more than 30 years, we have shaped and equipped leaders through highly personal, deeply relational, and transformational programs.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key support role at the heart of Arrow Leadership Australia, working closely with the CEO to enable clarity, momentum, and focus across a small and highly relational team. 

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and relational, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and support a dynamic and evolving environment with care and clarity.
